Jonathan Miller graduated from Cornell University and the University of Colorado Law School. While at Colorado, he was Editor in Chief of the School’s Award winning newspaper “The Colorado Advocate.”
After returning to New Mexico, Jonathan Miller has focused his practice on criminal defense work. He started as a public defender in the “Fighting Fifth District” which includes Roswell, Carlsbad and Hobbs. Since moving back to Albuquerque, Jonathan has been proud of his work serving hundreds of indigent clients all over New Mexico through the public defender Department. He has argued successfully before the New Mexico Supreme Court and has had numerous felony and misdemeanor trials in several jurisdictions.
